It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.

You can call to order your usual repeat prescriptions.

To order:

1. Call 01273 480888
2. Press 3 during opening hours or 1 out of hours
3. Select the prescriptions option
4. Enter your 6-digit PIN
5. Follow the steps to request the items you need

When calling to order repeat prescriptions you’ll need your own 6-digit PIN.

You can request your PIN in one of the following ways:

✅ By phone, 10 am to 12pm / 4pm to 5pm -  Call 01273 480888, select Option 3
✅ In person, after 11 am - Speak to our reception team
✅ Via Anima - Submit an admin request online between 6am and 6:30pm every weekday

Once you have your PIN, you can use it any time to order your prescriptions using the automated phone service.
