NHS staff are working harder than ever to improve services, reduce waiting times and deliver high-quality care. We know change is needed—and many of the answers are already out there, working well in parts of the NHS today.

Earlier this year, thousands of people across England took part in conversations about the future of the NHS. Their ideas and experiences will help shape the Government’s new 10-Year Health Plan.

The formal engagement phase has now closed, but the conversation isn’t over. The next phase is about sharing progress, outcomes and continuing to involve people as the plan develops.
