What is a Digital Ambassador?

A member of Foundry staff who is there to help and guide patients in accessing and using NHS online services and other digital health tools. 

Who are our Digital Ambassadors at Foundry?

Alice Campbell

Healthcare Assistant

 

Alice has been with Foundry since June 22.

 

As a Digital Ambassador she hopes to build patient confidence online in order to improve their health outcomes.

 

Her main areas of interest are: Increasing patient use of the NHS App and upskilling hypertensive patients to monitor their Blood Pressure readings online.

 

Anything you need help with from shopping online to setting up a contact on your phone , she is here to help. 

Sarah Caulfield

Wellbeing Lead and Social Prescriber (Under 65yrs)

 

Sarah has been with Foundry since February 2020.

 

As a Digital Ambassador she hopes to take technology to our social groups to encourage patients to use the internet in a safe secure environment and offer them the help they need.

 

Her main aim is to encourage patient use of the NHS App to find out more about medical conditions, to order prescriptions and send messages to the surgery. As well as assisting patients to develop their skills online to access other services, such as Shopping and Banking.
