Lewes Parkrun - Foundry Takeover

We’re excited to be joining Lewes Parkrun again for another Foundry Takeover!

Come along to Malling Recreation Ground on Saturday 4th October at 9 am to walk, jog, run, or volunteer alongside our team. You don’t need to be a runner – Parkrun is for everyone, and it’s a fantastic way to get outdoors, be active and support your wellbeing.

Foundry staff will be there on the day taking part and volunteering, and we’d love patients, friends, and family to join in too.
