Foundry offer a drop-in session for Young People aged 11 to 18years.
Every Thursday from 4pm to 6pm at Foundry: St Andrew's, Southover Road, East Sussex, Lewes, BN7 1US*
The session provides:
• A meeting with a qualified Health & Wellbeing Youth Worker
• A chance to talk, in confidence, about the main issues affecting you
• An opportunity to get some immediate advice and guidance including;
•Self-help advice
•Signposting to organisations that can support (Including online resources)
•Referral to other specialised organisations/services
This session is staffed by a qualified Health & Wellbeing Youth Worker provided by the Young People's Centre (Impact Initiatives)
E-motion offers free & friendly online counselling for young people aged 12-18 based in East Sussex.

The Mix is here to take on the embarrassing problems, weird questions, and please-don’t-make-me-say-it-out-loud thoughts that people under 25 have in order to give them the best support through our digital and phone services.
Offering all young people the chance to make informed choices about their physical and mental wellbeing so that they can live better lives.

e-wellbeing is a digital wellbeing service for young people, run by YMCA DownsLink Group.
Their aim is for all young people to be able to access the right support and information around their emotional health and wellbeing, in the right place, at a time that is right for them.
They offer a short quiz on their website that will direct you to the information that is relevant to you.
