Mental Health Services: Health and Lifestyle

Looking after your body and mind

The way we live each day can affect how we feel.

What we eat, how much we move, and whether we smoke or drink alcohol can all have an impact on our mental health.

What does ‘Health and Lifestyle’ mean?

Your body and your mind are connected. When we take care of our body, it can help our mood, sleep, and energy levels.

Sometimes, things like weight worries, smoking, drinking, or not getting enough movement can make us feel low, stressed, or tired. Making small changes to your lifestyle can really help – and you don’t have to do it alone.
