Anita Ladd and Shelley Christou are the two Primary Care Network Managers with overall responsibility for the management of the PCN. Their roles are pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high quality primary health care, identifiying and initiating innovative opportunitues to develop primary care services . They work very closely with Allison Saunders the Operational Manager, Donna Steele the IT and Compliance Manager,and Sam Evenden the Reception Manager.
All will regularly liaise with Jeanette Anning Lead Practice Nurse and the GP Partners to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the services we deliver.
Shelley's responsibilities include:
Patient communication, liaison and participation
Management and integration of Locally Enhanced Services
Management and integration of additional health and social care services
Complaints and feedback
Regular critical review of clinical and administrative processes
Anita's responsibilities include:
Workforce planning, human resources and recruitment
Management of the surgery accounts
Management of the surgery premises including planning for the new building
Contractual negotiations with community health and social care providers
Allison's responsibilities include:
Clinical planning, working closely with clinicians and rota team
Managing resources to ensure appropriate availability of clinical services
Reviewing service delivery to ensure, where appropriate, patients with ongoing conditions receive continuity of care
Working alongside The Sussex Community Foundation Trust (SCFT) to ensure smooth running of the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC)
Donna's responsibilities include:
Ensuring we adhere to data protection and privacy guidelines, and maintain patient confidentiality
Overseeing compliance to information governance guidelines and the requirements of our CQC registration.
Working with clinical IT system providers, the local commissioned IT team, our GP IT Lead and the CCG Data Protection Officer.
Sam's responsibilities include:
Managing the Reception and Administration teams
Oversee the professional development and annual appraisals of the team
Ensuring the smooth running of the practice for the benefit of clinicians and patients
To provide a first point of escalation for patient enquiries, problems and complaint
