This app for smartphones can be used to order your medication. If you haven’t registered for the online service you can register for the NHS App from home using photo identification and a photo of your face. You can then use the app to order your medication.
Anima is our online consultation platform that allows you to submit requests to the Practice. It helps us manage all health consultations, administrative tasks, and has the ability to send communication, all from one platform.
To use Anima you will need to create an account, you can do this directly or by using your NHS Login.
If you are already registered with the practice to use the online service: SystmOnline, you will be able to order your medication online. You can also download the SystmOnline App for use on your smartphone or tablet.
If you do not have access and wish to register for this service, please read our Patient Leaflet and complete the Registration Form below. You will need to forward this, along with 2 forms of ID (one photographic and another proof of address) to sxicb-esx.foundryhealthcarelewes@nhs.net
How we process Prescriptions
The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) sends electronic prescriptions from GP surgeries to pharmacies and is how most prescriptions are now signed, sent and processed. Eventually EPS will remove the need for most paper prescriptions.
For a quick and easy process we would recommend you have a nominated pharmacy/dispenser, this is your choice and can be changed at any point. If you do not have a nominated dispenser then you will be issued a barcode, instead of the previously used paper prescriptions, which can be taken to a dispenser of your choice to be scanned.
Further information regarding EPS can be found here.
