If you submit a request, through Anima or via our reception team, our care team will review it.
If a pharmacist can assess your condition, we will refer you to your local pharmacy.
Next steps:
You will receive an update from us via your preferred method of contact - SMS, Anima, Email or Phone call. We will inform you that you have been referred to your nominated pharmacy.
Local Pharmacies have differing booking systems.
• Our team might book an appointment directly using an online booking system, or
• send you a link to book for yourself.
• Your nominated pharmacist might contact you directly.
• They may discuss the issue over the phone, or
• offer a face-to-face appointment at the Pharmacy.
