Segmenting our patient population according to need and redesigning our multi-disciplinary teams around patients needs.

Junior Administrator

We are seeking a Junior Administrator to join our team, supporting the medical administration team across our Lewes and Ringmer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate sorting and timely dispatch.
  • Scan and file documentation into the practice's electronic health records system.
  • Assist patients with the check-in process and keep information up to date.
  • Provide general administrative support, including appointment scheduling and phone queries.
  • Maintain an organised and professional office environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy setting.
  • A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Rota Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a Rota Administrator role within the Foundry team. This role is essential in managing staff rotas using the Tempo digital workforce platform, acting as the main point of contact for staffing queries, and ensuring services run efficiently through effective workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rota Management: Create and maintain clinical rotas to meet service requirements.
  • Workforce Planning: Identify and address staffing challenges in advance, using creative and flexible solutions.
  • Point of Contact: Provide support and guidance on rota and staffing-related queries.
  • Resource Optimisation: Ensure workforce and room capacity are utilised efficiently.

Clinical Coder / Administrator

Foundry Healthcare Lewes is seeking a Clinical Coder/Administrator to join their team at the School Hill site in Lewes.

This full-time, permanent position offers a salary ranging from £22,795.50 to £23,809.50 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient documentation using SystmOne Workflow Optimisation.
  • Accurately code and process clinical information into patient records.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the administrative team and organisation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
  • IT literacy with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a flexible, proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of clinical systems, particularly SystmOne, is desirable.
