Covid-19 Vaccination Programme

• 16 -17 year olds (who are not in an ‘at risk’ group);
  You booked your 1st and 2nd doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, 12 weeks apart. The NHS will contact you when it’s your turn to get the vaccine. You’ll be invited by us or you can book via the national booking service.
• ‘At risk’ 12-17 year olds;
  Those with specific underlying health conditions or are household contacts of individuals (adults or children) who are immunosuppressed will be offered 2 doses of the vaccine. Booking for this group will be made via the surgery. We will contact the individual or their parent/guardian directly, please do not call the surgery. If you think your child is eligible for a 2nd dose but you have not been contacted around 8 weeks after their 1st dose, please email us on: esxccg.foundrycovidvaccineenquiries@nhs.net
• All other 12-15 year olds
  School-age immunisation services will offer all children aged 12 to 15 a single dose in school, this will start from later in September. From 23rd October this group will also be able to book online via the national booking service to have their vaccine outside of school at one of the mass vaccination sites.
