Providing NHS services
The GP Patient Survey 2021 is now being collated.
Selected patients will receive the survey in the post, it will include log in details should they wish to complete the survey online.
The survey has been designed to give patients the opportunity to feed back about their experiences of their GP practice. The survey asks about patient experiences of local GP practice and other local NHS services, and includes questions about their general health.
The survey includes questions about a range of issues, such as how easy or difficult it is to make an appointment at the practice, satisfaction with opening hours, the quality of care received from GPs and practice nurses, among other things. This survey is an opportunity for patients to have their say about how well their practice is doing at providing these services to patients.
The feedback we receive will be used to see where we may need to improve and will help us to develop our services in the future.
Further information regarding the survey can be found on the GP Patient Survey website. Follow the link below.
