We are starting with our care home residents and patients aged 75+.

Like our previous vaccine rollouts, other eligible patients will be invited in stages. You may not get your invite straight away. Please wait to be contacted.

We ask that you do not call the surgery about your vaccine. This helps to keep our phone lines free for those who need urgent care.

Patients eligible for the Covid Booster include:

• Residents in a care home for older adults
• All adults aged 75 years and over
• Persons aged 6 months to 74 years who are immunosuppressed

You can get your Covid Booster through:

• your GP surgery
• another local NHS Service, such as a local participating pharmacy
• the NHS National Booking Service* or NHS App*
• a walk-in clinic set up by the NHS - find your nearest walk-in clinic*
• your care home

The NHS now offers Covid Vaccination seasonally, the above services may be closed to booking outside of the vaccination period.

We ask that you please do not call or drop into the surgery so that our phone-lines and reception staff can be kept free for those patients most in need.
