Patient Survey - June 2020

Thank you to the 2,908 patients who took their time to complete our Patient Survey, which ran from the 8th – 29th June 2020.

The purpose of the survey was to tell you more about our proposals and to seek your views. We have been busy working through the mix of responses, which have included ideas and suggestions for services you would like to see us provide, uncertainty about the developments, and many messages of overwhelming support for our surgeries, GPs and staff.

Thank you again from all of us at The Foundry.
